Julie, an Agawam resident, has a long career serving the community as a nail technician and decided to expand her service portfolio with GiVin Beauty to include permanent makeup.
There are numerous people who could benefit from the permanent makeup, include those who are physically unable to apply make-up, people with allergies to conventional make-up, as well as alopecia sufferers.
